Beth Singer, a young country singer from Wolf Creek, Oregon, released the Rick Paul/Nelda Sisk song, "It’s Not Enough", on her Live While I Can album in May 1999. The track received European airplay.

In June 1999, Rick’s publishing company, Closet Cowboy Music, was elected to Publisher Membership in ASCAP.
